Jamaican Tradition Patties are the original Jamaican party food, similar in concept to the Aussie meat pie or Cornish pasty. These cocktail patties have a flaky pastry with filling made with the best Aussie beef, chicken or vegetable. There is a choice of mild or hot scotch bonnet pepper option. The cocktail patties are perfect as an appetizer or a quick snack. Traditionally eaten hot our Jamaican Products patties are sold frozen. Store in freezer until ready to bake. Currently only home delivery within Greater Sydney available. Heating Instructions: Convection Ovens: Preheat oven to 180°C Remove Cocktail Jamaican Patties from plastic packaging and place frozen patty on lined baking tray Heat for approximately 20 minutes Serve/Eat hot. Caution – avoid burns Delivery Patty orders require a 1 week lead time for preparation. Delivery for Jamaican Frozen Bake range is within Sydney metro areas and usually on Thursdays.
