Description Vignerons Zabu, Salento, Sicily. A terrific oak aged red from west Sicily. A blend of popular Sicilian varieties Nerello Mascalese and Nero d’Avolo aged in oak for six months. The ageing process soften the wine considerably without the loss of fruit flavours. The result is a richly flavoured, full bodied red which is velvety smooth and has a long finish.
