Description Fattoria Oliveto, Castelfiorentino, Italy. A small producer producing a fabulous quality Chianti, made predominantly from Sangiovese grapes, aged in oak for at least 6 months and not being released from the winery for at least 6 months after bottling. Highly recommended.
