Produced with fully mature 7-10 year agave from 50% Highlands and 50% Lowlands of Jalisco, slow-roasted in brick ovens, slow-fermented, never diffused, roller press extraction, double distilled, Bourbon Barrel Aged 6 months, and additive free.
